  • Wait Before Washing
    After getting your tape-ins, wait at least 48 hours before washing to let the adhesive fully set.
  • Use Gentle, Sulfate-Free Products
    Shampoos with harsh chemicals can weaken the tape. Stick to sulfate-free, alcohol-free formulas, and apply conditioner only to the mid-lengths and ends—avoid the roots to keep the tape secure.
  • Brush with Care
    Use a wide-tooth comb or an extension-friendly brush, starting from the ends and working your way up. Hold your roots while brushing to prevent pulling on the tape.
  • Keep Hair Dry & Avoid Excess Moisture
