Our professional team will give you the best suggestions and solutions, and we support custom color or stock color procurement. Usually we will send you PI for confirmation before payment. After confirmation, payment can be made through Paypal. Paypal keeps your order safe.

For fatal problems such as hair loss and knotting, if the problem is caused by the factory, we will return for repair, refund or reshipment. Integrity is very important and we will not do anything that harms our brand reputation.

For sample orders or purchase orders that are in stock, shipment will be arranged only after all payment is received. We will take photos or videos for your confirmation before shipping.

For custom orders, the deposit is 50% and the balance payment is 50%. Customized orders need to be produced after receiving a 50% deposit. After the order is completed, 50% of the balance payment must be received before shipment. Also, we will take videos and photos for you to confirm during the production process and before shipment so that you can understand the progress of your order.

For stock colors and products, our delivery time is generally 1-2 days, the shipping time is determined by the express method you choose, usually DHL takes 3-4 days, FedEx takes 4-6 days, UPS takes 7-10 days.

For color custom orders, our delivery time needs to be determined based on color complexity, and color quantity. Our professional team will provide you with detailed plans and negotiate adjustments. Usually, our order production does not exceed 5-6 weeks.

For stock colors, no MOQ is required, you can purchase the quantity and weight you need.


For color custom orders, our MOQ is 1kg per color/per length. If the color is very complex, the MOQ may add up to 1.5kg-2kg per color due to operating cost issues.

After the order is shipped, our service team will send you a tracking code via email or live chat tool so that you can check the shipment progress.
