If the tracking number query result shows that it has been signed for but you have not received it, please follow the steps below to check.
1) Look for a notice of attempted delivery
2)Check the delivery location and mailbox or anywhere else you receive mail for your package
3) Confirm if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf
4)Check your photo on delivery confirmation, if available
